Volturi

The Volturi are the enforcers of the vampire law. They are a normal coven (i.e. , they hunt humans) that live in Volterra, Italy. The Volturi Ancients consist of Aro, Caius, and Marcus. Some of their most notable guard members are Jane, Alec, Demetri, Felix, and Chelsea. There are many more guard members however. If any vampire breaks one of the laws, the Volturi deal out the consequences. The main laws consist of not exposing vampires to humans or creating too many newborn vampires that get out of control and immortal children.
